What payment options are available?
Through the webshop you can pay with iDEAL, Creditcard or Bancontact. This gives you the opportunity to pay in the way you prefer.
Are you ordering from Belgium? Then you can pay with Bancontact/Mr Cash or Credit Card. Once we have received your payment, the order will be delivered.
Can I still cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours after order confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot change an order. Did you order the wrong article? No problem, we will cancel the order so you can re-order the correct item.
Please note that orders for custom items cannot be cancelled.
I lost my invoice. Can I get a copy of it?
If you have lost your invoice, you can log in to your account to see the overview of your invoices. You can also email us and we will send it to you. Don't forget to include your order number. Have you also lost your order number? Please indicate the date and name of the order and we will look for your invoice.
I want to pay over €1,500 using my credit card, but I can't.
Due to security reasons, it is not possible to pay more than €1,500 by credit card on our website in one day. Please contact us for a solution.
Does the price shown on the website include VAT?
The price displayed with the item when you are not logged in or logged in with a consumer account, always includes VAT. For customers logged in with a business account, all prices are displayed excluding VAT.
